Makan buah-buahan untuk kesihatan

Here in Malaysia, all those healthy fruits such as the berries, peaches, and many more are quite expensive. Our government is more likely to promote local fruits compared to imported ones. So that's why after attending meetings or ceremonies, water melon is a must-have fruit. Haha. I don't deny the benefits of it. Either it is imported or local, fruits are absolutely good for your everyday diet. If you are 20 plus of age, I recommend you to start take supplements. If you can't afford to buy it, then just eat fruits. Dietitian and nutritionist that I had met before are all recommended fruits over supplement such as Vitamin C. Satu lagi pesanan penaja, perempuan, sila jaga diet anda, OK ;) Untuk kesejahteraan diri dan keluarga.
