Tentang

I was born in Kampung Baru Kuala Abang, Dungun, Terengganu; a small village fame with Dermochelys coriacea. I received my early education in Kampung Baru Primary school, and later enrolled in a religious school of SMKA Sheikh Abdul Malek, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. I pursued my tertiary education in Universiti Malaysia Terengganu majoring in Biodiversity.

Biodiversity had brought me the realization to appreciate the nature, existance of surrounding ecosystem, depletion of energy and resources which triggered and raising self-awareness to conserve what's left and be good to other living things. I chose to embrace Botany (Plant science) rather than Zoology (animal study). 

Currently, I am a master student (Botany) in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, majoring in Palynology and also a mom to a very adorable little boy. I am married to environmental-microbiologist who also pursuing his master degree in environmental biotechnology. He is also a dedicated Prudential insurance agent and an established proofreader, editor, and translator. And of course, a loving father to Rai.

I have quite a diverse range of interest. During leisure time, I love to draw, read, gardening, listen to opera and instrumental music, and enjoy good movies. Muses are beaches, history, art, seafoods, sports, rain, and many more.
